Chelsey Black, LMT

Chelsey Black is a recent graduate from FLCC, earning an A.A.S in Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health Care, receiving  her license shortly after in October 2010. Her training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy, Sports Massage, as well as Shiatsu. She enjoys customizing an energetic massage to fit the clients- no routine massage here! If you enjoy a light, relaxing massage she is happy to accommodate your preferences, but her specialty is deep tissue and trigger point release. She incorporates firm pressure and breathing techniques to make tension release enjoyable. This incorporates her love for physical activity via yoga, stress reduction through breathing techniques,  and outdoor activities.
